Having started his culinary career at age 18 in his hometown of Tokyo, Chef Kiichi mastered the art of traditional Japanese and Asian dishes at an early age. He soon began to travel and work abroad where he developed a passion for cuisine on a global scale. Many of his dishes are inspired by his work in the Maldives, Dubai and throughout the US.
As a multi-Michelin starred chef, Chef Kiichi brings unparalleled expertise and passion. He firmly believes in the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi, which means to wholeheartedly look after one’s guests. An ideology we fully embrace.

Enveloped by a vibrant and luxurious atmosphere, the architectural details create a unique and transformative space. From the grand barrel-vaulted ceiling to the colorful abstract mural by renowned muralist, Alex Proba, the space is timeless yet modern.
