Join us at Ro in Hyde Park for an evening built around one of our favorite pairings: salmon and sake. 

For this intimate omakase dinner, Chef JL presents a multi-course tasting menu that explores salmon through a range of techniques and expressions—highlighting its natural richness, clean flavor, and versatility. Expect a progression of dishes that move effortlessly from light and delicate to deeper, more layered preparations, each designed to let the ingredient speak for itself. 

Each course is paired with a carefully chosen sake, selected for how it interacts with the dish—sometimes amplifying texture, sometimes offering contrast, always enhancing balance. Along the way, guests will be guided through the experience with insight into the fish, the sake, and the creative choices behind each pairing. 

This is a relaxed, counter-side dinner meant to be savored slowly and shared with fellow guests—intimate, intentional, and distinctly Ro.

March 31st, seatings at 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
