Join us for an evening of omakase, where our sushi team and Executive Sushi Chef JL Johnston work alongside Director of Wine and Sommelier Peter Rusted to compose a dinner as considered in the glass as it is on the plate. Every course arrives with a pairing of its own, whether an exceptional wine, a premium sake or a crafted cocktail, carrying guests through a progression of flavor, texture and tradition. Delicate seafood gives way to luxurious wagyu and refined desserts, each pairing chosen to reveal what happens when Japanese cuisine meets the finest beverages.
