The evening unfolds as a series of pairings, an exceptional wine here, a premium sake or crafted cocktail there, each selected to follow the rhythm of flavor, texture and tradition. Delicate seafood opens the progression before luxurious wagyu and refined desserts close it, and every pairing is placed to show how naturally Japanese cuisine and the finest beverages belong together.
