Join us for a one-night-only 6-course omakase featuring madai (Japanese sea bream) — from pristine sashimi to warm, composed dishes that highlight its delicate flavor and texture. 

Each course is paired with a cocktail inspired by a different element of the margarita — tequila, citrus, salt, sweet, spice, and balance — reimagined in creative, unexpected ways. It’s not just a margarita pairing… it’s a full exploration of what makes a margarita great.
